OUR STORY
Welcome to Miss Saigon Catering and Events, where tradition meets innovation in every bite. Our story began with La Cai Noodle House, a beloved Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was established by Hiep Vuu in 1996, following his arriving in America in 1980. In 2013, Hiep expanded his culinary vision by starting Miss Saigon Catering, and now, we're excited to elevate it even further.

As a family-owned business, we pour our hearts into every event, serving dishes made with the same love, care, and quality we offer out own family. Our recipes celebrate the rich tapestry of Asian culture. Today, La Cai and Miss Saigon continue to thrive under the guidance of Hiep's son, Brian Vuu.

OUR VISION & MISSION
At Miss Saigon, our mission is to celebrate and share the essence of Asian culture through the universal language of food. We believe that food is not just a necessity but a cornerstone of connection, tradition, and joy. We blend time-honored recipes with a contemporary twist to create exceptional and memorable experiences.

Our commitment to unparalleled quality ensures that each event reflects our dedication to excellence, transforming every occasion into a vibrant celebration where every dish tells a story and fosters deeper connections.
